Hi everybody,
here in Germany is it 1 am.. I can’t sleep, i always think about her and about 2 projects.
She is wonderful, we write many times in facebook or per sms.. if she is drunken or she had a problem with a guy, i’m always there to help her or just write with her. I don’t think that she read this, but she knows the url, maybe.. naah, all okay, back 2 topic or in shortform b2t
For 1 week i trained every second or third day, not so often i wanted to train, but for the balance i eat really healthful. Now i try to train every day 2 times, in the morning before i have my breakfast and in the evening. In the morning i just make push ups, Crunches and Reverse Crunches in the evening i make my complete programm, but not everyday, just 3-4 times in the week.
I didn’t make this training everyday, because sometimes i was to tired, but i did it really often and now is the surprise…
Since i did this blog i lost 3kg (~ 6,6 pound). In the morning i thought “WHAT THE FUCK”? But yeah, i looked my body and it looked okay, the next 6,6 pound is falling, muhahah
The last story, that i want to tell you is the story of yesterday.
Yesterday the shops had really long open, in german “verkaufsoffener Samstag” in english maybe “sellopen saturday”
i don’t know the english word, but sellopen saturday sounds cool.
