p90x – Fitnesstest

Hey guys/girls,

i bought me the p90x dvd’s on amazon. I can’t live with my body, i want to lose all fad.

Since the last post, i made no sport.. thats the reason, why i need a new motivation, maybe it help me, maybe not ;)

Okay, today i have done my fitnesstest and it’s a little bit embarrassing, but everybody starts with not enough power. :)

Results

  • pull ups: 3/4
  • vertical leap: i don’t know the height
  • push ups: 12
  • toe touch: 28cm
  • wall squat: 58sec
  • bicep curls: 11 (14kg weight)
  • in & outs: 15
Tomorrow i start with the first day of my 90 days. Wish me luck :)

Sunday night… again

Hi everybody,

here in Germany is it 1 am.. I can’t sleep, i always think about her and about 2 projects.

She is wonderful, we write many times in facebook or per sms.. if she is drunken or she had a problem with a guy, i’m always there to help her or just write with her. I don’t think that she read this, but she knows the url, maybe.. naah, all okay, back 2 topic or in shortform b2t ;)

 

For 1 week i trained every second or third day, not so often i wanted to train, but for the balance i eat really healthful. Now i try to train every day 2 times, in the morning before i have my breakfast and in the evening. In the morning i just make push ups, Crunches and Reverse Crunches in the evening i make my complete programm, but not everyday, just 3-4 times in the week.

I didn’t make this training everyday, because sometimes i was to tired, but i did it really often and now is the surprise…

Since i did this blog i lost 3kg (~ 6,6 pound). In the morning i thought “WHAT THE FUCK”? But yeah, i looked my body and it looked okay, the next 6,6 pound is falling, muhahah :P

The last story, that i want to tell you is the story of yesterday.

Yesterday the shops had really long open, in german “verkaufsoffener Samstag” in english maybe “sellopen saturday:D i don’t know the english word, but sellopen saturday sounds cool.

Okay, sorry that i didn’t post the last days, but this damn vocational school is really hard.. it’s my last year, than my apprenticeship is oooooovvvveeeerrr!! YEAH! :)

I didn’t make sport too, but i ate really really healthfull.. and i lost (?! right word ?!) 1,5 kg or 3,3 pounds.. WOW! just with carrots, cukes and tomatos! Everyday i ate a normal food, like wholemealbread with sausage or other things like that… eeeennnie meeeenniiie! :D and than i ate just carrots, cukes and tomatos if i am hungry, that work fantastic!

I hope i can hold out and maybe i will write a post over my feeding and my normal day with sport.

 

Sunday Evening

Today, i worked harder than all days before. I jogged on a point in my room, thats really successfull in winter, because it’s not so cold and you can jog longer if you watch a film or something like that.

Okay my training:

  • jogged: i didn’t stop the time.. but my claves hurts after this session!
  • lunge: 40 (20 left and 20 right)
  • knee bend: 35
  • push ups: 18
  • towel paddel: 34
  • calves lift: 42
  • dips on a chair: 15
  • front weight lift: 10
  • reverse (side)crunches: 25
  • crunches: 12
Some trainings exercises are better than before and some are worser.. i think the next time, i watch my last trainingslist and try to be better in every exercise..
But thats not all what i have done today. I worked on www.the-cutes.com. It’s a page of a friend and i make the design by myself. And i watched High School Musical 3 but not the end.. i had not enough time ;)
I ate a salad at evening and in the morning i ate a egg and a biscuit.. and some vegetables over the day..

30 days – 1 mission

Sorry, that i didn’t write posts the last 3 or 4 days , but i was learning everyday for the vocational school.. 2-3 test everyday.. thats really hard, but whatelse, its over :)

Okay, b2t. My mission is to loose 5 kg (that should be 11 pounds, please correct me if its wrong) in 30 days.

Why i will do this?

There is a girl.. i really like here, i think she never can love me how i love her.. and i dont think she is ready for a boy.. but i do this now for her! I want to impress her, thats the reason why i make this blog in english, i try to learn better english.. i really really like her..

 

Okay, yeah thats all, the last few days i didn’t make sport.. i know thats not so good but now i will start again and i hope i can make everyday a little bit.

Hello all fad guys/girls in the whole world,

i’m 18 years old. I’m from Germany and i’m not really good in english, but i try to write it in english to reach all people in this world.

We all want to lose our weight, but knowone will help us ’cause we are so fad.. I know this and this is my blog to motivate me and maybe 1 of you.
